by which time we were off our bikes anyway and looking at him in like he was mad. Finally he just smiled and waved us off, so dad thanked him again (still in English) and we left him looking dis-believing and highly confused on the street corner.

Un consiglio per quando sarete arrivati in Spagna: non mancate di assaggiare la specialità locale. Non so esattamente come si chiamino in spagnolo, ma sembrano polpette rotonde e sono servite sempre in coppia. Generalmente sono molto grandi; attenzione però: non stupitevi se talvolta ve ne serviranno di molto più piccole. Ciao e buon viaggio. Oreflo.
